April 5, 2021My name is Michelle and this is the third time we have worked with Gavin. Yet again he has gone above and beyond to help us. It was certainly different this time with everything going on with Covid but Gavin was extremely good at keeping me positive and patient.
It was quite a long process with many backward and forwards emails and messages. But again Gavin remained professional and friendly and kept my positivity up.
