The main requirements you will need to meet to qualify for an Innovator Visa will be the following:

1. You will need to have at least £50,000 available to you to invest in a new business you plan to establish in the UK or a business which was recently incorporated in the UK. These funds can belong to you or they can come from a legitimate third party investor which can include a company.
2. You will need to obtain a letter from an endorsing body in the UK approved by the UK government supporting your proposed business plan.
3. The endorsing body must confirm in their letter that:
   a.You have either generated, or made a significant contribution to, the ideas in your business plan;
   b. You will have a day-to-day role in implementing your business plan,
   c. You are either the sole founder or an instrumental member of the founding team for your business idea.
